Full payment after completed sketch
All transactions are non-refundable (No Refund)
Art piece processing time is 1 week - 1 month
Artist has the right to refuse commissions under certain circumstances
It is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to use artwork for Tracing/AI training/ NFT/ Sold and reproduced by third parties
Please provide a display of characters, pose references, backgrounds, other details. Can be in the form of documents or via GDrive
Max. 5 characters in one canvas
Rush Commission will be subject to additional fees (can be discussed first)
Maximum revision = 3x, more than 3x will be subject to additional fees
Artwork will be sent via e-mail / GDrive
Client can ask about commission progress via DM!
Clients may post commission results with clear credit.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Private commission
additional fee 50% of the total price (artwork will not be used in portfolios or uploaded on social media)
Commercial Use
Artwork will be subject to an additional fee of 200-500% of the total price for non-profit commercial purposes, such as online portal thumbnails, emotes, art events for certain institutions, etc.
Distributing, selling, or claiming artwork for any purpose is strictly prohibited.
Artists and clients have no right to claim specific IP rights in commission work.
ARTISTS WILL NOT ACCEPT COMMISSIONS FOR SALE PURPOSES OR PROFITABLE INTERESTS OTHER THAN THOSE AGREED TO.
Artwork will be free of additional charge for freebies (art prints, photocards, postcards), personal social media banners/PFPs, and personal collections.
The conditions for freebie use are: no more than 100 pieces, all of the artwork must be credited, and artwork that sold and claimed unilaterally is prohibited.
